We make every effort to have up-to-date stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be a difference in stock levels, making it not able for us to fulfill all of your purchases at the time of purchase. In this case, we will offer you the products that are in stock and get in touch with you to ask if you’d rather wait for the item to be restocked or have a refund issued.

THE PANDEMIC MAY AFFECT SHIPPING TIMES
Our typical shipping times are as follows. Maresi, however, has no control over whether an order takes longer due to delays brought on by customs border processes in some countries. We have no control over any delays brought on by the pandemic or by the post in your country for any other reason. For further information on the status of the mail in their nation, we advise our customers to get in touch with their postal service.
We have the right to extend delivery times during the holidays.
2.3 Dispatch Time
Following order payment, orders are typically shipped out within two business days. Except on national holidays, when it is closed, our warehouse is open from Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We take action in these situations to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
2.4 Change Of Delivery Address

If a shipment is sent to the wrong address because the customer typed in the wrong shipping address, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

It is strongly advised for customers who select Express Shipping to include their phone number at the time of purchase. Our Express Shipping courier communicates with its clients via the phone. Customers are completely responsible for any shipping-related problems if they opt not to provide their phone number during the checkout process.

Upon arrival in the destination country, import charges and taxes may need to be paid for overseas shipments. Maresi advises you to be informed of these potential expenses before placing an order with us because they differ per country.
The items will be returned to Maresi at the expense of the client and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods bought, minus the cost of the return shipping, if you choose not to pay customs and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. The initial delivery fee won’t be reimbursed.
4. Insurance
Up to the sum that the courier specifies, packages are covered against loss and damage.
4.1 Process for parcels damaged or lost in transit
Maresi is not liable for any loss or damage done to a parcel if the customer does not choose a shipment with tracking. In case of shipment with tracking and in case of damage or loss upon completion of the courier’s inquiry into the claim, we will initiate the processing of a refund or replacement.
4.2 Parcels lost after being delivered
After the courier has declared a package delivered, we are not liable for any lost packages. We can look into the matter if the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered. If the inquiry shows that the package was delivered to the correct address, we will not be held liable for any lost or stolen property.
We advise choosing express delivery to have the package physically delivered to you in order to prevent this from happening.
