Maresi wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. We stand by the quality and integrity of our products and are confident that you will fall in love with the items you have purchased from us.

However, if you are unsatisfied with one of our products, you can return the unused item(s) in its original condition to us within 14 days of receiving the order to receive a refund. In this case, kindly complete our return form in its entirety. We are unable to accept used items. Please return your purchase in brand-new, unused condition. The payment method that was used to place the order will be reimbursed for the invoice amount.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Any custom declaration form for returns from outside the UAE must be clearly marked as a “return of goods.” The returned package must include the original invoice. If this is not done, the client will be responsible for paying any customs taxes associated with returning the order to us. We won’t agree to cover any customs fees on the customer’s behalf. Bond shipments from customs are not accepted.

• Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged with tags attached.
• For orders valued over $50 that were eligible for free shipping, the refund will be issued minus the standard shipping cost of $9.99.

 

Late or missing refund

First, double-check your bank account if you haven’t already received a refund.
Get in touch with your credit card provider because it might take some time for your refund to appear on your account.
Contact your bank next. There is frequently some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our policy is that only items with regular prices may be reimbursed. Sale items cannot be refunded.
