HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering is easy! Browse our collections on the website and add your favorite items to the cart. When you’re ready, go to your cart and click Checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after. Tip: Make sure your email, address and phone number are entered correctly to avoid any delays.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

We process orders quickly (usually within 1–2 business days), so if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@maresijewelry.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate modifications or cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer change or cancel it, but you may be able to return the item once it arrives (see our Return Policy below).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?


All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, so orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will ship out on the next business day. Once shipped, delivery time will depend on your location (see Shipping & Delivery below for details on transit times).

WHERE IS MY ORDER? HOW CAN I TRACK IT?

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Simply click the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s tracking page to see the latest updates. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking info to appear after dispatch. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to see your order status. If you have any trouble with tracking, contact us and we’ll help you get updates on your shipment.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your tracking information shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, or if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at customerservice@maresijewelry.com. First, check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management in case it was left in a safe place. If it’s still missing, we will contact the shipping carrier to investigate. Rest assured, we’ll work with you to locate the package or send a replacement if necessary.

DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD-OUT ITEMS?

Our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, so occasionally an item may sell out. We do our best to restock popular designs as quickly as possible. If a product is marked "Sold Out," you can often find an option on the product page to sign up for a restock notification - we’ll email you as soon as it’s back in stock. You’re also welcome to contact us about a specific item’s availability. Keep in mind that because our jewelry is handmade and often uses unique materials, some limited-edition pieces may not be restocked once sold out.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?


Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. (Major cities tend to be on the faster end, while more remote areas might take a bit longer.) Please note that this 4–8 day timeframe is in addition to the 1–2 business days for processing your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?


We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a shipping fee will apply – $9,99 We use reliable, trackable shipping services, like
UPS Express, and our 3rd party partners (they are operating through FedEx, DHL, SMSA, the option to choose specific is not possible) to ensure your package arrives safely. There are no hidden handling fees; you will see any shipping charge clearly during checkout before you confirm your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Yes, we ship worldwide! Maresi Jewelry serves customers around the globe. International delivery times are usually in the 4–8 business day range, but can vary slightly by destination.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES?


No – you won’t have to pay any additional customs fees, import duties, or VAT upon delivery. All costs are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise charges when your package arrives. We ship from Dubai with fully covered duties and taxes to ensure a smooth delivery experience, wherever you are.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?


Our shipments generally require a signature or confirmation upon delivery. If you’re not available, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. In many cases, they will try delivering again on the next business day or provide instructions for pickup from a local office. If you know you might not be home, you can also contact the carrier with your tracking number to arrange a delivery time or alternate pickup. Always keep an eye on your tracking updates so you know when to expect the package. If a package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, contact our support team – we can arrange to resend it (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund for the product.

CAN I GET EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We take great care in packaging your jewelry. Each piece is packed in a protective pouch and box to prevent damage, then placed in a padded shipping mailer or box. This ensures your Maresi jewelry arrives in perfect condition. If your order is a gift, our packaging is elegant and ready for presentation.

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?


Absolutely. We use a reputable payment gateway and SSL encryption to protect your payment details. Our website is fully encrypted (look for the padlock and "https" in the address bar when checking out). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All transactions are processed securely through STRIPE payment processors. You can shop with peace of mind that your personal and payment data is safe with us.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?


Your credit card or chosen payment method will be charged at the time you place the order. Once you submit the order and it is confirmed, the payment is processed immediately. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill part of your order (very rare), we will notify you and refund the difference back to your original payment method right away.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?


All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) by default. If you are shopping from outside the US, you may have the option to view prices in your local currency on our site; however, final checkout will be processed in USD. Your credit card provider or bank will handle any necessary currency conversion. The amount charged will be equivalent to the price displayed, based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. If you have questions about currency or pricing, feel free to contact us.

DO YOU OFFER ANY FINANCING OR BUY NOW, PAY LATER OPTIONS?


At this time, we do not offer financing or installment payment services (such as Afterpay, Klarna, etc.). The full order total will be due at checkout. We plan to evaluate adding flexible payment options in the future. For now, we accept standard payment methods (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, etc.) as listed above.

SIZING & FIT

WHAT WRIST SIZES DO YOUR BRACELETS FIT? ARE THEY ADJUSTABLE?


Our bracelets are designed as one-size-fits-most and are fully adjustable. They comfortably fit wrist sizes from 16 cm up to 25 cm in circumference. Many of our bracelets feature an adjustable sliding closure or extender chain that lets you tighten or loosen the fit as needed. Whether you have a petite wrist or a larger wrist, our adjustable design should provide a secure and comfortable fit. If you have any concerns about fit, feel free to contact us – we’re happy to help with sizing advice.

HOW CAN I MEASURE MY WRIST TO BE SURE A BRACELET WILL FIT?


If you want to double-check your wrist size, you can measure it at home easily: wrap a flexible measuring tape (or even a strip of paper or string, then measure that against a ruler) around your wrist where you’d normally wear a bracelet. Note the circumference – if it’s between 16 cm and 25 cm, our bracelets will fit you fine with room to adjust. If your measurement is outside that range, our bracelets might be too tight or too loose. Because they are adjustable, most people find they can size the bracelet to their liking within the given range.

WHAT IS THE WIDTH OF EACH BRACELET?


Each Maresi bracelet has a slightly different profile depending on the style. Here’s a quick guide to bead and band widths:

Stone bead bracelets: ~4mm diameter

Seed bead bracelets: ~2mm diameter

Bangles: ~4mm wide

Woven & friendship styles: ~4mm diameter

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN MARESI JEWELRY?


Maresi Jewelry is proud to use high-quality materials in all our pieces. Our designs feature combinations of sterling silver, natural stones (such as semi-precious gems or beads), woven beads (colorful glass or ceramic beads woven into patterns), and durable clay elements. All metal components are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. We carefully select materials that are both beautiful and long-lasting, so you can enjoy your jewelry for years. The Mediterranean-inspired designs often incorporate natural textures and colors, giving each piece a unique character.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE?


Yes! Every Maresi Jewelry piece is handcrafted. Our artisans hand-assemble and finish each item with care, inspired by Mediterranean craftsmanship and design motifs. Because they are handmade (rather than mass-produced), you may notice tiny variations or nuances that make your piece truly one-of-a-kind. We believe this hand-touch gives our jewelry a special warmth and authenticity. Despite being handmade, every item goes through quality checks to ensure it meets our standards before we ship it to you.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY MARESI JEWELRY?


With a little care, your Maresi jewelry will stay beautiful. We recommend the following care tips to keep your pieces in great condition:

Avoid Water & Chemicals: Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Also avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or household cleaners, as these can tarnish silver or damage beads and clay.

Store Properly: When you’re not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry, cool place. Ideally, keep it in the pouch or box that came with your order. Storing each piece separately can prevent scratches or tangling.

Clean Gently: For silver parts, if they begin to dull or tarnish, gently polish them with a soft jewelry polishing cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives. For pieces with beads or stones, simply wipe them with a soft, dry cloth to remove any oils or dirt.

Handle with Care: Our jewelry is made to be worn daily, but please handle with care. The woven beads and clay components can chip or crack if dropped on a hard surface. Put on jewelry after dressing to avoid snagging on clothing.

CAN I WEAR MY JEWELRY IN THE SHOWER OR POOL?


It’s not recommended to wear your Maresi jewelry in the shower, pool, or ocean. Water, especially chlorinated or salty water, can accelerate tarnishing of silver and may weaken or discolor the woven beads and clay elements over time. A quick exposure (like getting caught in rain) likely won’t ruin your jewelry, but repeated exposure to water or chemicals will degrade the materials faster. To be safe, always remove your jewelry before bathing or swimming. This will keep it looking its best.

WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH OR CHANGE COLOR?


Our metal components are primarily sterling silver or are quality plated metals, which means they can tarnish slowly over time if exposed to air and moisture (this is a natural property of silver). Tarnish might appear as a slight darkening on silver surfaces – it can be easily cleaned with a polishing cloth. As for our beads and stones, they generally do not change color, but to keep them vibrant, avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged sun exposure. If cared for properly (see care tips above), your Maresi jewelry should remain shiny and beautiful. If you ever have a question about cleaning your piece, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

WILL MY PIECE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO?


Each Maresi Jewelry piece is handmade and often uses natural materials, so there can be very slight variations from the photos on our website. For example, the exact pattern of beads or the shade of a natural stone might vary because no two stones are identical. These small differences are part of what makes your piece unique! However, the overall design, size, and quality will match the photos and description. We do our best to photograph items to accurately represent what you’ll receive. If you feel the difference is significant or you’re unhappy with your item, please let us know and we will make it right.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS OR PERSONALIZATION?


At this time, we do not offer custom design services or personalized engravings. Our focus is on our curated collection of designs inspired by Mediterranean art and culture. That said, we love feedback and suggestions! If there’s a particular style or idea you’d like to see in the future, feel free to share it with us. We continually update our collections and your input helps. For now, we hope you find something in our existing collection that speaks to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


We want you to love your Maresi Jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unused and in its original condition, with any packaging or tags included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item we sent, in which case we’ll take care of it). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@maresijewelry.com with your order number and we will assist you with the process.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:


1. Email customerservice@maresijewelry.com and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return or whether you want an exchange or refund.

2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. We’ll provide you with the return shipping address (all returns are sent back to our facility in Dubai) and any other necessary info.

3. Re-pack the jewelry in the original packaging (or something similarly secure) to ensure it isn’t damaged in transit.

4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Remember, return shipping cost is your responsibility (unless it’s due to our error). We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

5. Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect the item. If it’s in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or send out the exchange as discussed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We’ll email you once the return is completed.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT COLOR OR STYLE?


Yes, exchanges are possible. The quickest way to exchange is to follow the return process for the item you have, and then separately purchase the new item you want. However, if you prefer, you can also email us at customerservice@maresijewelry.com to arrange a direct exchange. Keep in mind that because our stock is limited for each handmade design, an exchange depends on availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll work with you on an alternative or provide a refund. Just like returns, exchanges should be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, and the item must be in original condition.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?


Yes, in most cases, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels (unless you received a wrong or defective item, in which case we will cover the return shipping). Using a trackable shipping service for returns is highly recommended, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit on their way back to us. If return shipping cost is a concern, reach out to us – we might be able to suggest a more economical shipping method.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN AND GET A REFUND?


Once we receive your returned item, we typically process it within 5 business days. We will inspect the jewelry to ensure it’s in acceptable condition, then issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. After we issue the refund, it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account (usually 5–7 business days, depending on the institution). If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item as soon as we’ve processed the return, and we’ll provide you with a new tracking number.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?


Our apologies! We take quality control seriously, but if you received an item that was damaged in transit or the wrong item altogether, please contact us right away at customerservice@maresijewelry.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue (photos are helpful for damaged items). We will make it right. In cases of our error or damage, we will provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover the return shipping, and we’ll send out a replacement product to you at no charge (or issue a full refund if you prefer). Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to have exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.

TROUBLESHOOTING & SUPPORT

I DIDN’T GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?


If you placed an order but didn’t receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes, first check your spam or junk folder – sometimes emails can land there by mistake. Also, verify that you entered the correct email address at checkout (typos happen!). If you still can’t find the confirmation, please email customerservice@maresijewelry.com with your name and any details you have (like what you ordered, or the approximate time of order). We can confirm if your order was received and resend the confirmation email. Rest assured, if money was deducted from your account and you got no email, we will either locate the order or refund you if something went wrong.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?


Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to become active after we ship your order. If you try to track it immediately and nothing comes up, give it a little time and try again. If 48 hours have passed and the tracking number still isn’t updating or is showing an error, contact us at customerservice@maresijewelry.com. We will double-check the number and carrier, and provide you with an update. Sometimes, carriers recycle tracking numbers, which can cause confusion, but we’ll make sure you get the correct tracking info and help you keep an eye on the shipment until it arrives.

I’M HAVING TROUBLE PLACING AN ORDER (OR THE WEBSITE IS ACTING UP). WHAT CAN I DO?


We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you encounter technical issues during checkout (for example: unable to proceed from the cart, payment not processing, or any website error), here are a few things to try:

Refresh or Retry: It could be a temporary glitch. Wait a minute and try again, or refresh the page.

Try a Different Browser or Device: Occasionally, browser issues or plugins can interfere. If possible, try using a different web browser or your mobile device.

A PROMOTION DIDN’T APPLY TO MY ORDER – HOW CAN I FIX IT?

First, double-check the promotion details: for example, free shipping requires the subtotal to be over $50 before shipping fees are added, and set discounts only apply when you have the actual set item in your cart (not individual pieces). If everything meets the criteria and it still didn’t apply, reach out to us right away at customerservice@maresijewelry.com. We’ll review your order and honor the promotion if you were eligible. In some cases, we might provide a credit, refund the difference, or send the missing gift separately.
