Google API Data Privacy Policy

This notice supplements the Maresi Privacy Policy and applies when an authorized user connects a Google account to Maresi LLC's GSC Keyword Tool.

Google data we access

We request read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data for properties you are authorized to access. Depending on the reports you request, this may include:

• Search queries, landing pages, countries, and devices.
• Clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and average search positions.
• Traffic, engagement, event, and conversion metrics.
• Google property identifiers and OAuth access or refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection.

We do not request permission to edit your Google Analytics or Google Search Console properties.

How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to authenticate the connection, retrieve reports you request, analyze website and search performance, troubleshoot measurement, and provide SEO and analytics insights. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it.

Disclosure

Google user data is not shared with independent third parties. It may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf only when necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support the tool. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Storage, security, and retention

OAuth credentials are stored in access-controlled systems used by Maresi LLC. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to Google-derived information. Credentials are retained only while needed to maintain the authorized connection. Retrieved data and reports may be retained for internal analytics and business records only for as long as reasonably necessary, unless a longer period is required by law.

Revoking access and requesting deletion

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future collection but does not automatically delete reports already created. To request deletion of OAuth credentials or Google-derived data, email customerservice@maresijewelry.com, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Google API Limited Use

Maresi Jewelry's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
