Maresi Jewelry offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. This 30-day window does not limit your EU legal right of withdrawal. It gives you more time than the minimum 14-day withdrawal period.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please return the item unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. We recommend returning it in the original packaging where possible, or in secure packaging that protects the item during shipping.

We may inspect the returned item before issuing the refund. If the item has been used, damaged, or returned in a condition that reduces its value beyond normal inspection, this may affect the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
