These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of maresijewelry.com and any purchase or service provided through the website. The website is operated by Maresi LLC, trading as Maresi Jewelry ("Maresi", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your country or region, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its operation, security, or other users.

2. Store information and availability

We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, stock levels, and other website information accurate. Colours and appearance can vary depending on your screen and lighting. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product. If an error or stock issue affects an order, we will contact you and may offer an alternative or cancel and refund the affected item.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or suspected resale activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and for keeping account information current.

4. Prices, currency, and payment

All orders are processed in USD. Prices may be displayed in another currency for convenience, but the final currency and amount charged are shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and any other applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery options, charges, estimates, customs information, and address requirements are described in our Shipping Policy. Free Express Shipping is currently available for orders over $50 USD, subject to the options shown at checkout.

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Conditions, exclusions, and refund deductions are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Maresi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You grant Maresi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the submission in connection with our business and marketing. We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating content.

9. Third-party services and links

The website relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, analytics services, and other tools. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control, subject to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Google Analytics and Search Console tool

Our GSC Keyword Tool lets authorized users connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts to obtain read-only website performance reports. You may connect only accounts and properties that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and connected devices.

The tool does not modify Google Analytics or Search Console properties. Reports, recommendations, and estimates are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by Google APIs, attribution rules, sampling, privacy thresholds, or other third-party systems. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or any particular result.

Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. You may revoke access through your Google Account. We may suspend or discontinue access to the tool for security, misuse, legal, technical, or operational reasons. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Google API Data Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer

We aim to keep the website available, secure, and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If mandatory consumer law in your country or region gives you additional rights or allows you to bring a claim in a different forum, those protections are not affected.
