Mobile Terms of Service

The Maresi LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Maresi LLC, trading as Maresi Jewelry ("Maresi", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service.

Messages and consent

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to recurring SMS or other mobile messages from or on behalf of Maresi at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Promotional messages may include offers, product updates, and cart reminders.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing from Maresi. Message frequency varies. Maresi does not charge for the Service, but your wireless provider's message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Maresi message or using an unsubscribe link where available. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP or email customerservice@maresijewelry.com.

We may change the telephone number or short code used for the Service and will provide notice where appropriate. Messages sent to an old number or code might not reach us.

Availability and changes

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these terms to the extent permitted by law. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
